Mission brief:
You will be part of a work for hire studio with mostly senior developers. Your first assignment will be as a lead/engine programmer on of their client studios working on a well known survival co-op game.
As the team is small, 10 people in total, you will be tasked with both leading the technical strategy as well as doing implementation work were needed.
The game is developed on PC and console and you are expected to be well familiar with both.
The coding that you will do will be on the engine/backend side of the game. Even though you might be supporting gameplay development with architectural support.
NOTE: This is a full time position and not open to contractors

Your player profile:
We are looking for you who has been part of a couple of AA/AAA productions as a lead and/or engine programmer. You have seen the different phases of game production and know what to expect.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience as a game programmer
- Experience from minimum two AA/AAA projects as tech lead (no personnel responsibility needed)
- Good understanding of game engines such as Unity, Unreal or proprietary engine
- Excellent at writing code in C++
- Experience developing games for PC and consoles
