As the sole animation architect (in a team of 10), you'll be the one bringing the characters, creatures, and environments to life within the Unity engine.

Mission brief:
This is your chance to make an impact and define the movement language of the game. You'll be knee-deep in everything from animating epic character attacks to crafting subtle object interactions. Rigging, skinning, animation logic – it's all in your domain.
Master hand keyframing is a must, but mocap skills are a bonus. What truly matters is your passion for animation, your ability to translate ideas into movement, and your collaborative spirit.
Collaboration is key. You'll work closely with the design and programming teams to ensure your animations not only look stunning but also seamlessly integrate with the game's mechanics and technical limitations.

- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months
- Occupance rate: 100%, full-time assignment
- Work set-up: Onsite/Hybrid in Stockholm is preferred but Remote in CET is also an option
- Level: Mid to Senior
- Game Genre: Mixed Reality Shooter
- Platform: Virtual Reality (Meta, Steam VR, Piko, PSVR2, etc.)
- Tech: Unity, Autodesk MotionBuilder, Autodesk Maya
- Artstyle: “80-90s action movie / sci-fi shooter
Your player profile:
- You are an experienced Animator (Mid to Senior level) with 4-10+ years of experience in the computer games industry
- Main animation skills in Unity, focusing on in-game animations
- Well-versed in related, industry-standard tools like Autodesk MotionBuilder, Autodesk Maya, etc.
- You have a portfolio where you showcase in-game animations
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in Unity Timeline
- Cinematics/cutscenes
- Project experience in AR/MR/VR games

Being humble, collaborative, and open-minded will take you a long way and is a solid foundation, even if we do understand that you possess a lot more personal attributes.
