Mission brief:
In this role, you'll be the bridge between the studios' talented artists and engineers and your seniority is shown by your ability to work independently and take initiative.
You'll leverage your in-depth knowledge of Unreal Engine to develop and streamline content creation tools and pipelines.
You'll be tasked with rapidly churning out feature prototypes, showcasing the true potential of Unreal Engine.
But you won't be going it alone! Collaboration is key here.
You'll work hand-in-hand with content creators to identify areas for improvement in asset creation, delivery, and maintenance pipelines. By sharing your knowledge and expertise, you'll become a mentor and coach for other developers and tech artists, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
We also count on your know-how in writing and maintaining Shaders in Unreal Engine, as well as your keen understanding of how to track and maintain GPU performance across different platforms.

Your player profile:
- 5-10+ years (depending on if you're aiming for a senior or lead role) of experience as a Technical Artist in the games industry
- Skilled in writing and maintaining Python tools for artists, in and out of the engine
- Most things tech art, (creating tools, enhancing pipelines, optimization, etc) in Unreal Engine/UE5, feel like home base for you
- You have knowledge and experience with related sw and tools such as Maya, Blender, 3Ds Max, Substance Designer/Painter, Perforce, etc.

Being humble, collaborative, and open-minded will take you a long way and is a good foundation, even if we do understand that you possess a lot more personal attributes.
