Getting access to game development assignments should be smoother, and that's why we are here. We are working with several different studios, ranging from AAA/AA ones with global brands to VC or publisher-backed scale-ups.
Your player profile:
- You love creating new worlds, great experiences for players, and staying on top of the game tech ecosystem in your art discipline (you probably enjoy just using a pen and paper from time to time)
- *3+ years of professional experience in the games industry as an Artist in roles focusing on some of the following areas: Environment, Character, Hard surface, Technical Art, 2D, 3D, VFX, Lighting, Concept Art, Level Art, Props, etc.
- Able to work and communicate in English on a professional level
*The absolute majority of the requests we receive are for senior-level profiles, followed by mid-levels and then principals/leads. We have almost 0 requests for junior profiles or internships.
Traits:
✔️Being humble, collaborative, and open-minded will take you a long way and is a good foundation, even if we do understand that you possess a lot more personal attributes.
❌ We believe that the world of gaming can and should include everyone. Neither Game Boost, nor our clients tolerate toxic behavior
How to apply:

Meaning that you can use your LinkedIn or upload a profile document of your liking, fill in a couple of choice questions that will help us get to know you, and also understand basics like when you're available and what kind of projects you could be a match for.
It also helps a great deal if you share links to your portfolio (Artsttion, Behance, Youtube, or similar sources) with stuff that you want to showcase from previous or current projects.
